MY STORY

For me, ELDER WITH GRACE combines my professional experiences and personal insights with the aim of enriching people's lives through warmth, empathy and dedication.

My professional path, which took me from key positions in key account, marketing, portfolio and project management, to the management of a hotel and ultimately to the care and support of people in private households, has opened up a diverse range of knowledge and skills to me. Through these wide-ranging experiences, I was able to develop a keen perception of people's needs.

My decision to become self-employed as a partner is based on the firm conviction that every person, regardless of age, is entitled to life-affirming, supportive and joyful companionship - long before nursing care becomes necessary.

My valuable relationships with older friends and customers were particularly influential in this regard, as they showed me not only the importance but also the immeasurable value of this role.
